Phlebotomy Instructor & Clinical Laboratory Professional

I teach phlebotomy in the evenings and create custom tools to ensure lab data integrity. My experience spans clinical laboratory, anatomic pathology, and cGMP biomanufacturing. As a self-taught Python developer, I focus on data analysis for oncology research, leveraging my lab-side knowledge to identify data sources and potential errors.

What I've built

Projects

Interactive online portfolio

This site

  • Built this portfolio in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with no framework and no build step.
  • Animated the page with GSAP: a load sequence, a scroll-linked timeline, and pointer-reactive details, all switched off for visitors who ask for reduced motion.
  • Wrote a skill filter in JavaScript that searches every role's bullets with regular expressions and highlights each match, modeled on how an IHC stain marks its target.
  • Built a visual system based on an H&E slide, with light and dark themes and color pairs that meet WCAG contrast.
  • Embedded the résumé PDF and headshot in the HTML, so the whole site ships as one self-contained file.

How I work

Personality

Results read like a lab panel: each trait against a reference range for women my age. Select a trait to see its facets.

My result Reference range (±1 SD)

    Facets · no reference data

IPIP-NEO-120 Big Five inventory · Taken Sep 2026

Results are percent of the maximum possible score.

Reference ranges are the average for women aged 29, plus or minus one standard deviation, from Srivastava et al. (2003): averages read from the published figure, standard deviations from the full sample.

Reference ranges as approximates. H means above range, L below. Facets have no reference data; the mark on each facet bar only indicates mid-point (50%).
